Fall 2008

• New websites created this fall! We are currently working on the development of some brand new Embassy websites permanently assigned to the United Nations.  More details about this announcement are forthcoming. Stay tuned for an update soon.

• Our Founding Director and CTO, Benjamin Sheppard, relocated from the New York City region to his childhood dream paradise, Orcas Island, located within the San Juan Islands region of Puget Sound, North West Washington State - USA.  Ben is currently moving into an environmentally friendly low carbon impact rustic cabin constructed from mostly un-milled native woods.  He will be practicing a sustainable life in harmony with his surroundings while continuing to run the company holding to its highest visions staying connected through a dedicated broad band Internet access.  More details and events of Ben's new life and collaborative "green projects" on the Island will be forthcoming with photos!

Global ICT Systems Inc. and many of its global alliance partners and affiliates are committed service providers, developers, designers, artists, producers, managers, fans, clients, family, and friends, ... all who support and encourage the proliferation of Open Source initiatives with the vision to unify Internet standards for the benefit of all, to empower and connect individuals, communities, organizations, and enterprises around the globe, and make all knowledge freely and easily accessible to everyone regardless of sex, age, race, religion, education, language, class, social standing, financial status, location, or any other defined accessibility challenge that we may encounter as we march on exponentially into the future.

Our internal focus is to become a 100% Virtual Company... Say What? Huh? What we mean by "Virtual Company" in a very practical sense is that 100% of all company functions can be performed on any currently available laptop PC or even smaller mobile device that is connected through a WiFi, wired, or other connection to the ubiquitous Internet.

The other part of our concept of a "Virtual Company" is the idea that there is no merit in wasting time re-inventing any wheels and in that spirit we enthusiastically support the idea of doing what you do best and partnering with others who do what they do best.  This is the WiKi Sharing Community Spirit so vitally needed for the success of our future!
